SAW VET STUDENT PROGRAM

Silver Arrow Wildlife veterinary services was started up in May 2015.

We are a small practice, consisting solely of a dedicated husband and wife team.

​

We offer chemical capture (darting) and treatment of wildlife.

​

Our wildlife veterinarian: Doctor George Snyman.

​

Dr Snyman qualified from Onderstepoort in 2012. He went on to work at a mixed animal practice in Limpopo Province and found himself drawn toward the wildlife work.

He thoroughly enjoyed getting out of the "office" and working with all the beautiful creatures that our diverse country has to offer.

 

Our veterinary nurse and practice manager: Sister Stacey Snyman.

Sr Snyman qualified from Onderstepoort in 2011 and also went on to work in mixed animal practice.

Mixed animal practice was a fantastic experience but getting to raise and work with the orphaned and injured furry,feathery and scaley creatures,after hours,was even better.

​

The Snymans moved down to Port Elizabeth in May 2015 and started up Silver Arrow Wildlife vet services..They have never looked back!

​

They enjoy their work and lifestyle so much that they decided it was too good not to share..and so began SAW vet student program.
